How do I book or reschedule a lesson?

Open your lesson or tutor conversation, select an available time, and confirm the booking. If plans change, use your dashboard to request a change as early as possible.

Where can I join my online lesson?

Your upcoming lessons are listed in your dashboard. Open the lesson shortly before its start time and use the Join lesson button.

What if a lesson does not meet my expectations?

How do I become a tutor?

Complete the tutor application, add your experience and subjects, and submit it for review. You will be notified when your profile is ready for students.

How do I receive lesson requests?

Students can book available times or contact you through your profile. Check your dashboard and notifications regularly so you can respond promptly.

How do payouts work?

Your earnings and payout status are shown in your teacher dashboard. Make sure your payout details are complete before your first eligible payout.

What should I do if I need to cancel?

Notify the student as soon as possible and use your dashboard to manage the booking. Repeated late cancellations may affect your profile standing.
